Anison Firsts

Anison started eating her first solids...rice cereal. She seems to like it, plus it helps fill her up. She gets kind of messy, but it is so worth it.

She is getting bigger everyday. She weighs about 20 lbs. now @ 6 mo., mom is building some biceps carrying her around.

She also had her first swim in the pool. We swam at a friends house last weekend and as you can see she is ready to float the river.

Anison is Growing

Anison is growing like a weed. She weighs about 18 lbs. now at 5 months. She is at a very fun age and is easy to make smile. She had her first beach experience and was not too sure about it, but the suit was cute!!

There are times when she laughs at different things and her laugh is so infectious we have to keep making her laugh. Mom recorded her laughing at me saying "We gotta go home!" so of course I had to say it a couple times.

We have been helping mom get settled in her new home, so Anison has been spending a lot of time at grandma's.
Also, we took a trip to the park in League City and took some nice photos. Ashley has learned how to do a back flip for cheer so we took some action shots too.

First Blog for the Lopez Family

Well I decided to start a blog to keep up with everything that is going on with our family in a journal kind of way. I know I will not get to post as often as I would like, but I will try as often as possible. That will help me send out pics to all, so you can see how BIG Anison is getting.

Well, lately I have been off for the last three weeks and enjoying my time with Anison. She is at a very fun age (4 1/2 months) and is very easy to make smile and please. I hope I am not spoiling her already, but I guess she will be as spoiled as we all are, as long as she is not rotten or a bratt it will be okay. She is learning how to sit up on her own, roll over, and play in her bouncing seat. Sean was home for a week, so he got to see her for the second time since her birth. He spent most of his time in South Padre at a Marine Reunion but he helped at mom's house for two days, which was MUCH appreciated by myself and mom.

Mom just bought a house and we have been working in it for 3 weeks. We painted the whole inside and have done various projects to to spruce it up. It is nice. Even Anison helped paint. The video was taken by gma during a painting session.
